Set the rules once. Wren moves the money.
Wren moves money between your own bank accounts on rules you set, so the balances you care about stay where you want them.
Keep a floor in checking and sweep anything above it to savings. Top checking back up from savings when it runs low. Put a set amount away every week. Wren checks your balances each business day and makes the moves your rules call for, and the rest of the time it stays out of your way.
How it works
You link your banks through Plaid, the service most financial apps use to connect to banks. Wren never sees your bank password or your full account numbers.
Transfers are made by ACH through Astra, a payments company, and only between accounts you've linked yourself. Before a rule moves money, Wren checks the live balance of the account it comes from.
You can pause a rule at any time, and every move shows up in the app.
